Stopping the Service During the Process
Once we start working on reinstating your account, no refund will be given if you decide to stop the service for any reason. By using our services, you agree that the process requires time and effort, and if you stop early, the fee will not be refunded.
If We Can’t Reinstate Your Account – Premium Service
We are dedicated to providing excellent service. If, after completing the entire reinstatement process, we are unable to get your Amazon account reinstated, we will refund 50% of the fee you paid for our Premium Service. This refund applies only if the failure is due to factors we can control.
Canceling the Service
If you decide to cancel the service at any time during the process and no longer want to continue with us, you will receive a 30% refund of the total amount you paid. The refund will be sent to the original payment method and may take up to 14 business days. It is not applicable on our Basic Service .
No Refunds for Basic Service
For clients who choose our Basic Service, no refunds are available. Once we start working under the Basic Service, no refunds will be issued, no matter the outcome. This service is lower-cost and offers limited support, so it is non-refundable.
Refund Timing
If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 14 business days after approval. Refunds will be sent to the original payment method used, and any fees involved with payment or refund processing will not be covered.
